Apa sih Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia itu?

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) adalah integrasi penggunaan sistem, kebijakan dan praktik manajerial dalam merekrut, mengembangkan dan mempertahankan karyawan sebagai upaya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi.
